The small characters in the upper left say: "Confucius said."
The small characters and square seal in the lower left are the Chinese name of the calligrapher, Richard Gottfried
The round seal in the upper right corner says "All under the heavens is for the people." An ancient Chinese expression that was a favorite of Sun Yatsen who overthrew the emperor in 1910. It is inscribed on the ceremonial gate of his mausoleum in Nanjing and the National Palace Museum in Taipei.
