Women's Reproductive Health Forum

What does midwifery care have to do with health-care justice and the New York Health Act? Two leading New York City midwives, Nancy Campau, CNM, and Patricia Loftman, CNM, LM, MS, FACNM, who have spent decades bringing midwifery care to women in New York, will speak about the central role of midwifery care in women’s health. In addition, we are pleased to have a leader in the doula movement, Chanel Porchia, Director of Ancient Song Doula Services, on how doula care contributes to women’s well-being and the struggle to include it in comprehensive women’s health care programs including the New York Health Act.
